The Friends of the Cascade Library group (“FOCL”), is a non-profit that supports the Cascade Public Library. Members of the FOCL operate The Recycled Book, a bookstore with a wide assortment of previously-loved books. They take donations in exchange of the books you choose to take. Members of FOCL also volunteer time during library hours to assist in many of the library’s activities.
