Cascade Public Library is funded by city taxes.

Non-Residents  (outside of the city limits and do not own city property) or seasonal visitors are required to pay a per-household fee of:

  • Annual:  $45.00

  • 6 months:  $28

  • 3 months:  $20

Documentation Required: Proof of current physical address must be shown in order to obtain a library membership.  We suggest one of the following: valid driver’s license, valid ID card, current utility bill, rental receipt, or valid hunting license.  We need both street address and P O Box on the library card.

Computer and Video Use

Our computers are available for the public to use at no charge, however, there is a charge for any copies that are printed.  A computer use agreement must be signed by a parent for anyone under 18.  The cost for printing and copying per page is .15 cents.

LiLI Express Privileges

A statewide reciprocal borrowing program is available at participating libraries to patrons in good standing.  Borrowers must have full library privileges, have been a patron for over three months, and follow the borrowing regulations of the Cascade Public Library to participate.
