Mission Statement:
The mission of the Cascade Public Library is to be the hub of the community and provide infinite possibilities to educate, inspire, inform and entertain patrons of all ages.

Accomplishments:
- Offering electronic devices for checkout including: tablets, laptops and wifi mobile hotspots.
- Increased program enrollments by having more exposure in town by coordinating with the Cultural Art Center, Cascade School District, Senior Community Center, American Legions, Chamber of Commerce and local business owners.
- Showed movies to increase foot traffic in the building.
- Created adult programs such as computer/media, arts, craft, etc.
- Continued the After school, Homeschool tutoring and Mental Health programs.
- Had a dynamic Summer Reading Program: 41 students were enrolled
- Offered a variety of different programs including: kindergarten readiness, K-8th tutoring, Math and English classes for homeschoolers, teen book club and mental health program, immediately after opening our doors on Sep. 9th, 2022.
- Maintains strong relationships with City Hall, Friends of the Library, Cultural Art Center, Cascade School District, Cascade After School Program, Chamber of Commerce, University of Idaho Extension, Idaho Commission for Libraries, McCall Library and Donnelly Library.
- Was awarded $500,000 Facilities Improvement Grant by ICFL
- Was named 2023 Non-profit of the year and Community Leader of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce
Goals for 2024:
- Start and finish building expansion: 1000 sqft addition and 1500 sqft outdoor space
- Have a ribbon cutting ceremony after completion of the expansion project
- Continue to offer classes in computers, writing, reading, STEM and tutoring
- Offer GED classes and have job fairs
- Offer health classes provided by Cascade Medical Center
- Host community clubs
- Offer 4 days per week of Summer Program 10am-4pm
- Have a fundraising event at the library
