Library cards

Library Card

Cascade Public Library is funded by city taxes.  Non-Residents (people who live outside of the city limits and do not own city property) are required to pay a per-household fee of $45.00 per year.  WICAP offers library cards for people who can't afford one.  To apply for a free card contact WICAP at 382-4577.
